By accessing or using OXQ.IO, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms, as well as any other policies or guidelines posted on the platform. If you are using OXQ.IO on behalf of a business or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.
OXQ.IO reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Attempt to bypass any measures we use to prevent unauthorized access to the platform. Engage in the collection, extraction, or use of data from OXQ.IO through automated means, such as bots or scraping. Failure to comply with the acceptable use policy will result in the immediate termination of your account, with potential legal consequences.
By using OXQ.IO, you are solely responsible for all content, data, and information that you upload, post, or display on your store ("User Content"). You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any laws or third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
OXQ.IO does not monitor or review User Content but reserves the right to remove any content that, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or applicable law.
OXQ.IO offers various subscription plans. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay all associated fees. All fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. You authorize OXQ.IO to charge your payment method for all applicable fees related to your subscription plan.
Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of your account. OXQ.IO reserves the right to adjust pricing or subscription fees at any time, with notice provided to you at least 30 days prior to any price change.
All intellectual property, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, logos, and service marks, in OXQ.IO and the associated software, is owned by OXQ.IO or our licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any content on the platform without express written permission.
By uploading User Content, you grant OXQ.IO a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, distribute, and modify such content for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
You are prohibited from using OXQ.IO to offer for sale any illegal, harmful, or prohibited products or services, including but not limited to:
OXQ.IO may integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, shipping providers). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. OXQ.IO is not responsible for any third-party service failures, errors, or disputes.
You agree to indemnify OXQ.IO from any claims arising from your use of third-party services, including liability for any costs, fees, or damages associated with such claims.
OXQ.IO takes reasonable measures to secure your account and data. However, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure, and OXQ.IO cannot guarantee that your data will not be subject to unauthorized access, hacking, or other breaches. You agree that OXQ.IO shall not be liable for any unauthorized access or misuse of your data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OXQ.IO, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the platform.
OXQ.IO's total liability under these Terms is limited to the total amount of fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to your use of OXQ.IO shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan for the resolution of any disputes.
In the event of any dispute, you agree to attempt to resolve the matter through informal negotiation with OXQ.IO before pursuing any legal action.
OXQ.IO reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
OXQ.IO shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, or interruptions in internet or utility services.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, along with any other policies or agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and OXQ.IO regarding your use of the platform. Any prior agreements or understandings are superseded by these Terms.
