OXQ.IO is an ecommerce platform for building and running an online store. It includes a storefront, product catalog, orders, customers, managed hosting, and SSL. Customer checkout is completed through a payment gateway, including PayPal.

OXQ.IO is for entrepreneurs and small businesses that want their own online store. That includes first-time sellers, local businesses, and brands that sell products they source themselves.

No. You can set up a store, add products, and connect a payment gateway without building the ecommerce system yourself. API access is part of the Business plan if you later want a custom integration.

There are three plans, priced monthly in USD. Startup: $12/month. Growth: $22/month. Business: $39/month. Details are on the pricing page.

The current plans include a 14-day trial setting. Checkout applies that trial when the plan still has it. The payment screen shows whether a trial applies before you are charged.

Yes. Every plan can connect a domain you already own. If OXQ registers a new domain for you, checkout adds $15 USD on monthly billing. Annual checkout does not add that domain registration line item. A store can also stay on its OXQ subdomain.

No. Mailbox hosting is not part of the published plan features. The plans cover the store and the features listed on the pricing page.

OXQ.IO does not add a platform transaction fee to your sales. The payment gateway may charge its own processing fee.

Storefront checkout uses a payment gateway. PayPal is supported. The payment gateway must approve the account, and availability depends on the country.

Yes. The store admin can import and export products with CSV. Growth and Business plans also include access to the partner product catalog.

Yes. A store can sell products you add yourself, or it can be set up so a supplier ships orders to your customers. Growth and Business can also sell from the OXQ partner catalog. OXQ.IO does not ship those orders itself.

Both are ecommerce software for running your own store. OXQ.IO is a separate product, with its own plans, payment gateway, and feature set. PayPal is supported. It does not include Shopify's app store.

Yes. Products, collections, and store pages can have a search title and description. OXQ.IO also includes basic analytics on Startup, and advanced analytics on Growth and Business. Those fields do not by themselves decide search rankings.

No. Subscriptions are not refunded. Read the refund policy before you subscribe.

You can register from countries supported by the signup form. Taking payments still depends on the payment gateway's availability for the business and country.
