This page states the current refund rule for OXQ.IO subscriptions. It does not describe refunds your store offers to its own customers.
No refunds on subscriptions
OXQ.IO is a digital subscription. Access to the platform is what the subscription buys.
OXQ.IO does not currently offer refunds. Review the plan, the amount charged, and the billing interval on the pricing page before you subscribe. The payment screen is the final confirmation of the amount and interval.
